Donuts And Warriors

Mom’s are great at bragging on their kids… and that’s exactly what I’m about to do. 
First up is Shawn - my son.  Remember how he was embroidering for the first time for a school project?  Well he finished the embroidery and I helped him sew the pennant.  Overall I think he did an awesome job!  I know no other team at school will have as awesome a pennant like theirs!

Kacie wanted to make some plushies. After much debate on what they’d look like and what she’d need, we headed to our local craft supply shop - aka Hobby Lobby. We stocked up on the monster makings below (plus some stuffing and love we had at home).
We cut out odd shapes, added some eyeballs, and started embroidering mouths. Then it was time to put right sides together and sew around the perimeter and finally turn it right side out. They looked pretty flat, so Kacie …
