For part 2 of the Sublime Sister’s Annual Crafting Weekend, we thought we’d show of these FAB fabric wreaths.  Being from Arkansas - we had to make the theme Razorbacks, but the general idea could be used with any fabric and ribbon. 
To get started we chose some Razorback themed fabric and cut  them into 1″ x 7.5″  We had started with 1″x15″ but those were just too long, so we cut them in half.
